Description
Nox Metals is hiring a full-time, in-person Manufacturing Operations Engineer to work on the floor of its Ferndale facility. The role focuses on identifying and eliminating production bottlenecks, improving throughput, quality, and safety, measuring floor performance, designing fixtures and workflows, documenting changes, and collaborating with software teams. Candidates should have experience in high-throughput, high-mix production, be hands-on with manufacturing equipment and material handling, be data-driven, and be comfortable using AI tools.
