Clorox is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee plant operations, drive productivity and continuous improvement, ensure safety, quality, regulatory and process-safety compliance, reduce waste and losses, manage budgets, and lead and develop operations personnel. The role is onsite and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in manufacturing or packaging environments, advanced English, and strong leadership, communication, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
