Howmet Engine Products is seeking an Advanced Leader Program candidate for a Plant Manager role in LaPorte, Indiana. The position provides leadership and operational oversight across engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance; manages P&L, workforce planning, capacity, Lean manufacturing, safety, quality, customer delivery, forecasting, and business reviews; and develops succession plans. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business, at least 10 years of manufacturing experience including 7 years in leadership, and experience with P&L, manufacturing excellence, customer management, and Lean improvement. The role requires U.S. work authorization and does not offer visa sponsorship.
