Description
Qrypt is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the sourcing, production, inventory, quality, and shipment of quantum hardware. The role manages contract manufacturers and component suppliers, maintains production schedules and long-lead-component inventory, coordinates internal assembly and final shipment, and drives new-product introduction through first article and volume production. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or manufacturing program/project management, electronics or hardware manufacturing experience, and the ability to travel to supplier and contract-manufacturer sites. The annual base salary is $135,000–$175,000, with health, dental, and vision coverage and equity participation.
