Description
Etched is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Program Manager based in Taiwan to lead day-to-day execution at its Tier 1 contract manufacturer. The role owns manufacturing operations for L6/L10/L11 production, including package assembly and server construction, and coordinates with production engineering, planning, supply chain, and regional teams. Responsibilities include factory capacity planning, production scheduling, SMT, mechanical assembly, and test operations, yield and quality improvement, NPI and mass-production ramps, engineering change orders, and escalation management. The position requires at least 8 years of experience in data center product manufacturing operations, OPM, contract manufacturing, or TPM roles, regular factory travel, and strong cross-functional communication.
