Description
Fractile is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Technical Programme Manager – Silicon and Packaging to manage the end-to-end silicon production, packaging design, packaging manufacturing, and delivery flow through a contract manufacturer. The role coordinates foundries, OSAT partners, packaging suppliers, logistics, and internal operations teams; tracks milestones, risks, dependencies, schedules, and handoffs; supports NPI, prototype builds, qualification, and production ramp; and contributes to scalable programme management practices. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience in semiconductor or complex hardware project, operations, supply chain, or programme management, along with experience working with semiconductor manufacturing partners and using project-management or PLM tools.
