Mujin is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Trainee in Tokyo to join its production team and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, testing, quality control, hardware troubleshooting, and engineering problem-solving. The 12-month program includes learning support, mentorship, progress evaluations, and guaranteed conversion to a permanent Operations Engineer upon successful completion. The role requires a degree in a relevant engineering field, hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and testing equipment, and proficiency in English or Japanese with English reading and writing skills. The position is based in Tokyo, Japan, with a work schedule of 8:45–17:45 and salary based on experience and skills.
