The role involves operating and monitoring multiple machines across second and third shifts, making temperature and speed adjustments, inspecting product quality against specifications, and following established safety and work procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree preferred, and at least some manufacturing experience is a plus.
