LanceSoft is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a 12-month, onsite, first-shift production role paying $21.00 per hour. The position involves assembling, aligning, inspecting, testing, and documenting complex electro-mechanical, opto-electrical, mechanical, and electronic subassemblies; using hand tools and assembly equipment; interpreting engineering and manufacturing documentation; and resolving quality issues. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of directly applicable electro-mechanical assembly experience are required, while computer and manufacturing-systems experience is preferred.
