Paradromics is hiring an entry-level Manufacturing Operator I to build small, delicate, patient-critical components for its Connexus brain-computer interface platform. The role involves executing released manufacturing work instructions, performing fine manual assembly and processing under microscopes or magnification, completing GDP-compliant documentation, maintaining cleanroom and contamination-control practices, and participating in training and qualification activities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–4 years of experience performing intricate fine manual work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work reliably in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
