PCA is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support a manufacturing operation by increasing productivity, reducing downtime and waste, assisting with plant-floor work, maintaining equipment and shop standards, and following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, the ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and heavy lifting, and authorization to work in the United States. Compensation is $26.32 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
