PCA is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support a manufacturing operation by assisting with plant-floor work, increasing productivity, reducing downtime and waste, maintaining equipment and shop standards, and following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to work overtime, weekends, and the first and second shifts, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Compensation is $24.27 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
