PCA is hiring an overnight Manufacturing Operator to support a manufacturing operation by increasing productivity, reducing downtime and waste, assisting with plant-floor work, maintaining equipment and shop standards, and following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of manufacturing experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for overtime, weekends, and multiple Saturdays. The position pays $26.32 per hour and includes annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
