Manufacturing Operator at PCA

PCA is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support a manufacturing operation by increasing productivity, reducing downtime and waste, and assisting with plant-floor and facilities work. The role requires following safety and lock-out/tag-out procedures, working overtime and weekends, and being available for the first and third shifts. A high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization, and a good attendance record are required; packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred. The starting salary is $17.13 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
