Description

The Manufacturing Operator I – Packaging operates and maintains semi-automated and automated packaging equipment for pre-filled syringes in a clean-room, cGMP manufacturing environment. The role includes setting up and monitoring equipment, loading components, inspecting products, documenting production activities, performing second-checks, cleaning facilities, training new employees, and responding to spills. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of GMP manufacturing experience, and at least one year of experience with automated packaging equipment. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., may require overtime, and pays $23.33 per hour with eligibility for a quarterly incentive bonus.
