Description
Guardian Glass is hiring Manufacturing Operators in Corsicana, Texas to operate and troubleshoot automated float-glass production equipment, including melting, forming, annealing, cutting, edging, washing, and packaging. The role involves equipment start-up and shutdown, process monitoring, quality inspection, preventive maintenance, basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting, production and quality recordkeeping, safety compliance, and mentoring junior operators. The position works rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime, with pay starting at $20–$25 per hour and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants must have at least two years of industrial maintenance experience and experience with electrical schematics, 24 VDC to 480 VAC testing, electrical controls, PLC logic, and precision maintenance.
