Molex is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Operator for its second shift at a busbar manufacturing facility in Monee, Illinois. The role performs general manufacturing operations such as production support, tumbling, cleaning, deburring, tapping, sanding, light assembly, machine operation, and packing; also reports defective materials and maintains a clean, safe work area. Applicants need legal authorization to work permanently in the United States, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 40 pounds, and experience reading numbers and counting parts. Previous manufacturing experience, blueprint reading, measurement ability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety are advantageous. The position does not offer employment visa sponsorship and requires proof of U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident status, or export authorization eligibility.
