Description
The role supports Apple’s enclosure team by leading continuous-improvement and Lean initiatives across a network of supplier factories worldwide. Responsibilities include setting operational targets, implementing and tracking CI projects, improving equipment and workforce utilization, developing Lean strategies, benchmarking, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments, and sharing best practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, Lean Six-Sigma certification, familiarity with CI tools, at least three years of Lean production experience, and proficiency in Mandarin and English.
