The Manufacturing Planning and Production Control Manager supports Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Programs line of business by managing MRP transactions, production planning, material and inventory management, warehousing and shipping, and production systems integrity. The role also oversees subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions. Candidates need production or production-control experience, MRP planning experience, leadership experience, and Lean concepts experience; the full-time salary range is $100,200 to $186,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
