This full-time role supports the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program by managing manufacturing planning, material management, MRP transactions, production scheduling, warehousing, shipping, inventory optimization, and production systems integrity. The position also oversees subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions.
