Description
Eaton is hiring a Manufacturing Scheduler to align weekly production plans with facility capacity and create hourly or daily operational plans. The role optimizes resource loading, work-in-process flow, material availability, cycle time, inventory, and on-time delivery while coordinating with operations, customer service, engineering, quality, purchasing, and supply chain planning. Responsibilities include analyzing reports and critical ratios, managing shift-based work orders, supporting process improvement and continuous improvement activities, and monitoring inventory accuracy. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of manufacturing or supply chain experience, and B1-level English proficiency.
