Braskem America is hiring a Manufacturing Plant Manager in Neal, West Virginia to supervise operators, plan technician schedules, oversee safe and efficient plant operations during off hours, coordinate maintenance, support operator training, monitor production and safety performance, lead incident investigations, and serve as a technical resource for process deviations and emergencies. The role requires at least two years of work experience, preferably in a chemical or industrial plant, and availability during off hours.
