Description
This role involves leading the entire manufacturing process development lifecycle, from initial planning to successful production launch and ramp-up. Key responsibilities include developing detailed work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, standardized work methods, cycle time analyses, and comprehensive launch readiness documentation. The individual will also support various production line needs, such as workstation design, tooling and fixture setup, equipment interface optimization, and overall process documentation.
