Description
The role develops, implements, and continuously optimizes manufacturing processes and production technologies; analyzes new products and design changes; maintains manufacturing standards and documentation; evaluates processes, tools, and materials; plans and monitors investment and automation projects; and improves quality, productivity, and process stability through cross-functional collaboration. It requires technical training in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering field, at least five years of manufacturing or process-development experience, knowledge of production technologies, MS Office skills, and German and English communication skills. The position offers a monthly gross salary of €4,300 to €4,800 plus an additional payment based on qualifications and experience.
