Description
The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will develop, maintain, and improve production processes while supporting process stability, continuous improvement, capital projects, and new product or process introductions. The role partners with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to analyze production data, implement process changes, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, support equipment installation and validation, and sustain improvements through documentation and operator training. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4–7 years of hands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience.
