Description

AFC Materials Group is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead its PTFE coating operation in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. The role serves as the technical expert for web handling, tension control, coating application, drying, and cure profiles; develops and standardizes processes; leads large projects; improves yield, throughput, and quality; diagnoses coating defects; and trains coating operators. The position is scheduled for the first shift, requires 70% shop-floor and 30% office work, and offers $100,000–$120,000 annually plus benefits.

Additional Information

Strong project management background
