Description
The Process Group Manufacturing Engineer owns assigned manufacturing processes and develops expertise in technologies such as welding, pressing, and honing. The role leads root-cause investigations, improves process capability, yield, cycle time, and equipment utilization, develops standards and control plans, validates new equipment and technologies, and provides technical guidance to operations, maintenance, quality, and Line Planners. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, along with expertise in manufacturing processes, technical improvement projects, and data analysis.
