Description
The role is responsible for introducing new product lines and validating processes, troubleshooting production equipment and process issues, reducing product scrap and downtime, and organizing engineers to improve productivity, quality, and problem resolution. It also manages spare parts and consumable inventory and requires knowledge of PFMEA, CP, error-proofing, work instructions, TPM, I4.0, and big data. The position requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, at least five years of experience in electronic or mechanical manufacturing, at least two years of team-management experience, PPT presentation skills, and English proficiency.
