Description
Delva Tool & Machine is hiring a Process Engineer to lead the transition from tribal knowledge to documented, repeatable manufacturing processes in its Cinnaminson, New Jersey CNC machine shop. The role evaluates workflows, creates gap analyses and action plans for DNC, spindle monitoring, RFID tooling management, and ERP integration; develops manufacturing process plans, work instructions, and quality control plans; coordinates job launches and inspections; and drives process improvements. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent precision-machining experience, engineering-drawing and GD&T knowledge, CNC process documentation experience, and comfort with ITAR and quality-management systems. Compensation is $24.04–$60.10 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
