Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or Master’s degree.
Required Previous Experiences: experience driving improvement in machine performance, test methods, validation standards and manufacturing processes
use of analytical tools like Structured Problem Solving or DMAIC to drive continuous improvement
deep knowledge of PLC software, HMI software and machine visions systems
total system perspective to create high performance solutions where mechanical, electrical and software components interact with people
flexibility in a fast-changing environment and ability to prioritize projects while maintaining timelines
detail oriented and organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
