Description
The role develops and optimizes secondary wiring processes for electrical products such as ring main units and box-type substations. Responsibilities include preparing process documentation, supporting production-floor wiring, resolving technical and quality issues, improving standardization and efficiency, participating in new-product validation, leading cost-reduction projects, and training employees. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field, more than three years of process engineering experience in the electrical equipment industry, and proficiency with electrical schematics, wire harness processing, AutoCAD, and Eplan.
