Emerson is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer in Marshalltown, Iowa to serve as a manufacturing support interface between Engineering, Sales, and Marketing and address machining manufacturability issues. The role supports safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, Lean implementation, Overall Equipment Efficiency, root-cause analysis, process improvement, capital planning, and productivity initiatives. A bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a similar field is required; hands-on internship, cooperative education, or project-based academic experience is preferred.
