Description
Foundry Robotics is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to build production processes for autonomous robotic assembly systems from early concept through high-volume manufacturing. The role owns assembly strategies, tooling and fixtures, process documentation, shop-floor validation, vendor and contract-manufacturer coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and manufacturing metrics such as cycle time, takt time, OEE, and defect rate. Candidates should have 3–5 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience, hands-on tooling and fixture design, 3D CAD proficiency, and experience with DFM/DFA and manufacturing improvement. The position is 100% in-person in San Francisco and offers a base salary of $150,000–$250,000 USD plus equity and benefits.
