The role reviews manufacturing processes at partner facilities, leads root-cause analysis of production anomalies, brings up and qualifies automated production lines, and monitors quality and cosmetic inspection results. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience and 8 years of optical system development experience, with additional experience in automated active alignment, high-volume yield resolution, optical performance versus manufacturing trade-offs, and factory-floor mentoring preferred.
