Jenoptik is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer in Triptis, Thuringia. The role develops, tests, and transfers manufacturing processes to series production; evaluates new technologies; supports investment planning; guides production personnel; handles manufacturing and warranty issues; contributes to FMEA and quality activities; prepares technical specifications; conducts audits; supports product cost estimation; and implements occupational safety, 5S, environmental, and data protection requirements. The position requires a master’s or diploma degree in a relevant engineering field, 3–5 years of manufacturing process development and process engineering experience, knowledge of ISO 13485 or ISO 16949, statistical quality analysis skills, and German and English at C1 level.
