Molex is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to support and optimize production processes in its Guadalajara operations. The role focuses on new product introductions, production ramp-ups, yield and reliability improvements, continuous improvement, process documentation, engineering changes, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or related field, manufacturing or process engineering experience, knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies, and English proficiency.
