Molex is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for its Temp-Flex facility in South Grafton, Massachusetts. The role leads manufacturing process development, equipment innovation, new product introduction, production ramp-up, continuous improvement, automation, quality documentation, and cross-functional support for advanced RF, microwave, medical, and specialty cable products. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least seven years of process or manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment, and experience with cable manufacturing, extrusion, automation, DOE, and process controls.
