M-Tech GmbH is hiring a full-time manufacturing process engineer in Weiz, Austria, to develop and improve manufacturing technologies, processes, and facilities for shaft and stick manufacturing. The role covers feasibility studies, manufacturing specifications, process approvals, investment projects, quality-oriented methods, production efficiency, technical support, and collaboration with development, quality, production planning, maintenance, and production teams. Candidates need technical training in electrical or mechanical engineering, several years of relevant plant and systems construction experience, German and English skills, MS Office knowledge, and a class B driving license; hydropower, turbo-generator, SAP, and automation experience are advantageous. The position starts immediately and offers a base salary of €4,200 per month.
