Description
Lanco is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to own and continuously improve end-to-end assembly and fabrication manufacturing processes. The role combines process standardization, quality engineering, process control, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, NPI support, Lean manufacturing, audits, and metrics. It requires 1–3 years of manufacturing, process, or quality engineering experience in a complex manufacturing environment, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and shop-floor capability, with 20% typical and up to 50% travel at peak.
