Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer performs professional manufacturing engineering and production assignments under senior engineers and management, including CNC lathe and mill setup and programming, troubleshooting machining issues, developing processes and GD&T-compliant programs, producing prototypes and samples, creating technician training materials, and supporting new program launches. The role also conducts Gemba walks, downtime and takt-time analysis, continuous-improvement initiatives, scrap-reduction coordination, and production-line analysis. Candidates need a minimum two-year technical degree or five years of manufacturing machining and process experience, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and team-oriented leadership abilities.
