Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying products, methods, tooling, materials, equipment, workflows, and quality testing. The role also covers cost and production analysis, reporting, equipment maintenance coordination, technician training, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through 6S, lean manufacturing, and other initiatives. Candidates need strong analytical and communication skills, CAD and MRP experience, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
