IPA is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Process Engineer in Duluth, Georgia, to define, document, control, and continuously improve manufacturing processes from product launch through sustaining operations. The role develops standard work and digital work instructions, translates engineering data into executable manufacturing steps, analyzes production performance, leads Kaizen and structured problem-solving initiatives, supports NCR/CAPA/MRB activities, and partners with Engineering on fixtures, gauges, and process changes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least five years of process or manufacturing engineering experience; the position pays $100,000–$120,000 plus bonus eligibility and offers a hybrid schedule with four office days and one remote day.
