The Production Engineer will design, improve, and optimize resin-plate production processes in the printing industry, focusing on yield, cost, quality, equipment configuration, chemical-material use, statistical process control, and new-system development. The role collaborates with manufacturing operations, product development, and technical services, and requires at least five years of manufacturing and process-improvement experience, knowledge of coating and reactive-material processes, a bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline, and willingness to learn English.
