Description
The Process Engineer will improve the safety, reliability, capability, quality, throughput, yield, and cost performance of manufacturing processes and equipment across Slitting and Packaging operations. The role combines hands-on process and mechanical engineering, equipment design, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAD-based design, reliability and maintenance support, capital project commissioning, and continuous improvement. It also provides technical direction and mentoring to Process Engineering Technicians and other technical resources. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience.
