Description
The Manufacturing Process Engineer develops, qualifies, improves, and sustains manufacturing processes for new and existing products. The role covers process development and validation, yield and throughput improvement, root-cause analysis, production support, new-product introduction, equipment and tooling qualification, automation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, design engineering, supply chain, and external partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of progressive manufacturing, process, industrial, or operations engineering experience. The position is primarily based in flex-office and manufacturing-plant environments, expects travel of up to approximately 30%, and offers a U.S. hiring range of $102,300 to $209,500 per annum.
