Description
Mondelēz International is hiring a Manufacturing Co-Op for its Naperville, Illinois plant. The fully in-person, fixed-term program runs from early 2027 through December 2027, with part-time hours in the spring and fall and full-time hours during the summer. The co-op provides hands-on experience on the production floor and in process engineering, including production data analysis, loss and waste analysis, equipment performance, Kaizen events, Lean Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or a related engineering field, be near the Naperville plant, and have work authorization without visa sponsorship. The expected weekly pay is $1,000–$1,300, with health insurance and other benefits available.
