Orca Bio is establishing East Coast manufacturing operations and is hiring a Manufacturing Process Lead to oversee cGMP production of clinical and commercial cell therapies. The role includes executing and optimizing manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, equipment operation, shift planning, in-room supervision, deviation handling, recordkeeping, continuous improvement, and employee training. The position requires a science-related bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of GMP manufacturing or related experience, and familiarity with cell or gene therapy; it is available on the second or third shift and includes medical, dental, vision, equity, bonus, and other benefits.
