Elanco is hiring a Manufacturing Process Operator in Training at its Clinton, Indiana manufacturing site. The role performs assigned production operations, maintains cGMP and safety standards, completes documentation and verification, supports equipment operation and material handling, and contributes to quality, quantity, cost, and environmental goals. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to handle 50-pound packages, and the ability to work a rotating days-and-nights schedule; it is a fixed-duration one-year contract renewable for up to four years with potential for full-time employment. A one-time sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered, and visa sponsorship is not anticipated.
