Passion, quality awareness, and flexibility: Senior Flexonics is hiring a Process Planner / Process Developer (m/f/d) in Kassel to plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for metal hoses, expansion joints, and bellows. The role covers welding, forming, assembly automation, work procedures, process flows, fixtures, tools, equipment acceptance, cycle-time analysis, and LEAN implementation, while collaborating with development, engineering, quality, purchasing, logistics, and production. Candidates need a technical degree or equivalent training, manufacturing process-planning experience, knowledge of welding and production workflows, ERP familiarity, and experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 9100.
