The job is for a Manufacturing Process Technician at Bosch eBike Systems in Shenzhen. The technician will go through four phases of training and work experience, starting from hands-on manufacturing to eventually independently handling manufacturing process engineering duties. Responsibilities include machining, assembly, quality inspection, process optimization, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Engineering, basic knowledge of mechanical design and drawing, statistics and analysis skills, basic English proficiency, and good communication and teamwork skills.
